Jessica is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.  She graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University with a Doctorate in the Nursing Practice, specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health. Jessica’s professional journey is characterized by a broad and inclusive range of experiences, having provided care to diverse populations through both inpatient and outpatient services. This varied background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the multifaceted nature of mental health challenges.

The genesis of Jessica’s holistic approach to care can be traced back to her formative years in medical oncology. It was here that she cultivated her foundational belief in the necessity of addressing the entirety of a person’s health—mind, body, and spirit—as integral to achieving true wellness and resilience.

Central to Jessica’s practice is her commitment to creating a confidential and secure space where clients feel valued and understood. She invests significant time in meticulously assessing each client’s individual needs and concerns, demonstrating an exceptional capacity to listen and empathize. This thorough and compassionate approach is the cornerstone upon which she builds her comprehensive treatment plans. Jessica skillfully integrates medication management with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, drawing from cognitive-behavioral techniques that focus on altering dysfunctional thinking and behaviors, and humanistic-existential approaches that emphasize personal growth and self-awareness. Her treatment plans are as dynamic and multifaceted as the individuals she serves, tailored to support each client’s journey toward mental health and well-being.
