Our son was nervous about going into therapy, but somehow Tara was able to make him feel at ease and get him to open up without even realizing he was doing so. What Our Clients Are Saying
Testimonials On The Benefits of Wellness Therapy
My Life has Forever Changed
The whole atmosphere at Navesink Wellness Center is serene. Honestly, I look forward to my appointments each week and appreciate the opportunity to decompress. As an individual who suffers from severe anxiety, I have utilized all of the services at NWC. From psychotherapy to psychiatry, to nutrition. I have had the esteemed privilege of working one on one with each of these highly skilled, compassionate, and wonderful women. My life has forever changed since walking into that office. I am now in control of my anxiety both mentally and physically. I have worked to accept aspects of my life that cannot change while working to improve upon the ones that can. I am a healthier, more productive, and overall grateful individual now and I have NWC to thank.
The changes I have witnessed in my child are life changing
My daughter was always an anxious kid – had difficulty separating from me, struggled to make friends and really perform to her potential. Through her treatment at NWC, she became a more confident, self assured and independent young woman. I truly am in awe of the changes she has made and the growth I have witnessed. In so many practices, the parents are isolated from therapy. Here, I was encouraged to be a part of my daughter’s treatment. As a result, I learned so much about myself and areas I continue to grow as a parent. We worked as a team to strengthen our relationship so that she could utilize me as an additional support in her growth and development. I dont know where we would be today without the help of everyone at Navesink Wellness.
I Have Never Met a More Compassionate, Empathetic and Caring Person
I have never met a more compassionate, empathetic, and caring person like Nikki Woods. Before coming to Navesink Wellness Center, I was in a really bad place in my life. Nikki has gone above and beyond to help me work through and overcome my problems, as well as build a life for myself that I can now say I love. I can finally say that I am becoming the person I have always hoped I would be, which is a direct result of Nikki’s guidance and help along the way. I am not sure what I would do had I not come here to begin working with her. Anyone and everyone needs to come to Navesink Wellness Center and experience how wonderful everyone here is!
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Navesink Wellness Center is an ‘out of network’ provider and does not participate in any insurance plan. Payment is required at the time of service. As a courtesy to our clients, NWC will submit claims to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement based on your specific plan coverage. Your provider will mail any reimbursement directly to you once fully processed. During your initial consultation, our intake specialist will assist in obtaining the details of your out of network coverage. We encourage our clients to contact their insurance providers as well, to ensure that all information is accurate. Please note that insurance coverage is usually based on “normal and customary” rates which may or may not be similar to those of NWC.
Since each individual’s circumstances are different, your clinician will discuss the specific details of your treatment plan with you during the first initial appointments. During that time, you will agree upon a frequency that is mutually acceptable and appropriate. Treatment progress is monitored, reviewed and discussed on a regular basis.
Due to the fact that your appointment is reserved specifically for you, it is required that any cancellation be done over 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, we cannot use that time for another client. Consequently, you will be billed the full fee for the missed appointment. It is encouraged that follow up appointments are booked at the end of each session and that any canceled appointments are rescheduled as soon as possible, so that there is no lapse in treatment.
Clients with psychiatric emergencies should go to the nearest emergency room or call the crisis hotline (877-652-7624). Clients are encouraged to email their clinician directly with any non-urgent issues and can also leave a message on the main office telephone line. Phone calls will be returned by office staff on the next business day.
