Arriving
You can’t think your way into your body. This opening session is about slowing down, turning inward, and letting the breath lead you home. No performance, no perfection - just you, arriving.

Grounding
When everything outside feels uncertain, your body can become the one thing that’s steady. This session focuses on grounding postures and breath practices that help you feel held - from the inside out.

Releasing
We carry a lot. In our shoulders, our chests, our jaws. This session gently opens the spaces where tension lives and gives your body permission to let go of what it’s been holding for everyone else.

Listening
Your body speaks. This session slows everything down enough for you to actually hear it. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, you’ll begin to reconnect with the signals you may have learned to ignore.

Returning
This closing session is about gathering everything you’ve practiced and bringing it into how you move through your life. Breath as anchor. Body as home. You as enough - exactly as you are.
