Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider, which allows us to offer more flexibility in care. We do, however, assist clients in understanding their out-of-network benefits. Payment is collected upfront, and we can submit claims to your insurance on your behalf to maximize reimbursement.
How do you provide comprehensive care?
Our team works collaboratively to ensure a holistic approach. If you require additional services or support, and you consent to clinicians sharing information, our specialists communicate internally to coordinate care, ensuring that all aspects of your mental health are addressed.
What is the MindStream Daily Wellness app?
All clients have access to our MindStream app, which allows for secure, HIPAA-compliant communication with your clinician and tracking of mood, behaviors, and journal entries. This keeps progress moving forward between sessions and helps make therapy more focused and effective.
What makes your clinicians different?
All of our clinicians are NWC trained and approach care with a focus on understanding the root causes of challenges, not just the symptoms. This allows us to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment aimed at creating lasting change and meaningful progress in your life.
How do I know which services are right for me?
During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and challenges. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include multiple services or modalities, ensuring your care is tailored to your unique situation.
