Jessica is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in working with adults, youth, and families with diverse backgrounds who have experienced distress and trauma. She has over a decade of experience providing support to these populations in overcoming trauma, managing stress and developing effective coping strategies. Jessica has supported clients through major life transitions and healing from experiences of trauma including violence and abuse.
