Jessica Dalpe, MSW, LSW

Jessica is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in working with adults, youth, and families with diverse backgrounds who have experienced distress and trauma. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University.

Jessica has over a decade of experience providing support to individuals, families, and communities around overcoming trauma, managing stress, and developing effective coping strategies. Jessica has supported client’s through major life transitions and healing from experiences of trauma including violence and abuse. 

Jessica incorporates skills and theory from multiple disciplines in her work, including trauma-informed care, early childhood development and caregiver attachment, Gottman Methods couples therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and women’s protection and empowerment. Through all her practice, Jessica works to integrate creative coping strategies and mindfulness-based approaches to support self-efficacy, empowerment, and wellbeing.
