Christiana Rutkowski, MS, LAC, NCC

Christiana is a Licensed Associate Counselor who specializes in working with adolescents, teenagers, and adults. Christiana received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University and Master of Science degree from Monmouth University.

As a previous Division I collegiate athlete, Christiana values a focus on the importance of mind-body connection. In addition, Christiana has experience working with clients struggling with eating disorders and drug/alcohol use.

Christiana has experience working in both private practice and outpatient settings, using interventions based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Existential Psychotherapy with a focus on spirituality and higher consciousness. Christiana also incorporates journaling, art therapy, and ecotherapy into the therapeutic experience, and prioritizes the therapeutic relationship throughout the process.
