Christiana Rutkowski, MS, LPC, NCC


Christiana is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adolescents, teenagers, and adults who are experiencing symptoms associated with anxiety and depression. Christiana’s expertise lies specifically in treating high achieving individuals navigating the pressure and expectation of continued success.

Christiana has also worked to assist those that have a complex relationship with diet and exercise, and the impact that this relationship has on an individual’s self esteem and sense of worth.
