About

Bridget

How does your training shape the way you approach therapy?

My approach is person-centered. There are many evidence-based modalities available, and
having trained across a wide range of them over time means I can draw from a broad toolkit to
personalize treatment for each individual. Because no two people process, reflect, or build skills
in exactly the same way, having that variety allows me to meet each person where they are and
tailor the experience to what will actually serve them.

How do you hope clients feel after working with you over time?

I hope clients feel that they've had a genuinely safe space to express themselves - and that they
leave with more confidence in their ability to cope with stress and manage their symptoms. More
than anything, I hope they walk away more comfortable recognizing their own strengths and
with a clearer, steadier sense of their self-worth.

What do you want clients to know before their first session?

Therapy is a collaboration. I can offer support, education, guidance, tools, and honest feedback
- but the client is an essential part of the equation. You have a voice in your own treatment, and
that matters. The work we do together is shaped by both of us.

What types of clients tend to resonate most with your approach?

Clients who feel stuck in patterns they're ready to move out of - whether rooted in personal
history, trauma, or the wear of everyday life - tend to connect well with how I work. I'm drawn to
people who come in with an open mind and a genuine motivation to grow their coping skills. My
goal is always to meet clients exactly where they are and explore together what approaches will
work best for them.
