Jennifer Kelly, LPC, is a dedicated licensed clinician whose professional journey has been guided by a deep commitment to holistic wellness. With a profound belief in the interconnectedness of our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects, Jennifer has devoted her career to understanding and treating individuals as complete beings. She applies this whole person approach to therapy and her practice reflects a comprehensive understanding of the human experience. She has years of experience working with children, teens, and adults with a specialty in treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship issues.

Jennifer treats individuals as they navigate the multifaceted aspects of life, offering guidance on how to mindfully handle responsibilities with a specific focus on conscious parenting and how to strengthen the child-parent relationship. She recognizes the unique challenges and joys that come with parenting and provides a supportive space for individuals to explore and address the complexities of raising a family while maintaining their own well-being. She also has experience as a school counselor and can help guide individuals with navigating school challenges.  

Jennifer possesses specialized knowledge and training in the significant influence of nutrition, energy, and lifestyle. Jennifer utilizes aspects of nutritional education, energy work, and integrated medicine.  Her therapeutic methods incorporate a whole-person framework that considers diet, exercise, and lifestyle adjustments as integral parts of their healing journey. She also uses the holistic framework to help clients navigate health challenges.

With a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, Jennifer creates a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their concerns and aspirations at their own pace. Her therapeutic interventions are tailored to each individual, embracing diverse modalities to support personal growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

How does your training shape the way you approach therapy? 

I have an empathetic and holistic  approach that helps clients heal at their own pace.  I use my training of modalities that best fit each client such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, nutritional counseling, and energy healing of Reiki.  I help clients build a strong sense of self, fulfillment/purpose in their life, understand how to connect mind, body, and soul,  and live a more conscious life. 

What do you want clients to know before their first session?

I am someone who values providing clients with a safe, nonjudgmental space. I have a deep understanding of how  healing takes place when you connect mind, body, and soul. I help clients find fulfillment, purpose, and clarity in their life at all stages.  I have a passion for helping others live a more conscious life - I have a deep understanding of parenting, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, health challenges, trauma, and building stronger connections in relationships. 

How do you work with both the present day concern and its deeper origins?

Every trigger in the present is coming somewhere from the past. I help the clients understand their triggers and where they come from, the “why” of their behaviors.  I help guide clients to look deeply into themselves -connecting their past, present, and future goals - working together with the client to help the clients heal.
