What do you want people to know before they call?
I want people to know that reaching out with billing or insurance questions is always welcome. These topics can feel confusing or stressful, and my goal is to make the process as clear and manageable as possible. There are no “wrong” questions—I’m here to help you understand your benefits and feel supported from the very first interaction.
What is your role in the therapy process?
While I’m not involved in clinical care, I play an important role in supporting the overall therapy experience by handling billing, insurance coordination, and financial questions. By helping clients understand coverage, costs, and next steps, I aim to reduce administrative stress so they can focus fully on their therapeutic work.
How has your previous experience assisted in this role?
My previous experience has given me a strong understanding of insurance systems, billing processes, and the importance of clear communication. It has also taught me how to approach each situation with patience, empathy, and attention to detail, ensuring that clients feel informed, respected, and supported throughout their experience with our practice.
