Stephanie is a Licensed Associate Counselor that has worked with teenagers and young adults who are experiencing adversities throughout the numerous transitions that occur during this period in their lives. Within this realm, Stephanie addresses areas of stress associated with relationships, socialization, performance anxiety, family dynamic and self image. 

With the younger demographic, Stephanie believes that exploring identity and developing a foundation for our sense of self is a pivotal aspect of development. Stephanie works to collaborate with parents to establish a more effective approach to fulfilling a child’s needs and nourish a child’s identity in a way that fosters autonomy, personal development, confidence and compassion. 

Stephanie’s approach to treatment affords clients the opportunity to critically think about the situation they are experiencing while working to improve communication, problem solving, empathy and emotional regulation. Stephanie believes in providing a therapeutic relationship that is built on trust, compassion, support and honesty. 

Stephanie is dedicated to helping clients create inner peace and discover the internal resources needed to live a more satisfying life through mental, physical and spiritual explorations. 

Stephanie is bilingual in English and Spanish.
