Red, White & Blue Smoothie

Ingredients:

·      I cup organic kefir

·      1/3 - 1/2 cup rolled or instant oats, depending on how thick you like it

·      1/4 of an avocado

·      1/2 frozen banana

·      1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

·      1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

·      Handful baby spinach

·      Splash of pure vanilla extract


Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until fully combined. Enjoy immediately!
