Red, White & Blue Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • I cup organic kefir
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup rolled or instant oats, depending on how thick you like it
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Handful baby spinach
  • Splash of pure vanilla extract

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until fully combined. Enjoy immediately!
