Learning Self Awareness & Control One Breath At A Time

4 Week Class - Every Wednesday Evening @ 6:30pm

(November 6, 2018 - November 27, 2018)

This four week class focuses on equipping children with the ability to better understand and connect with their minds and bodies. Through this self awareness, children will gain greater ability to self regulate - to identify ways of calming and re-stabilizing their whole self when triggered by stress, anxiety and frustration. This class will integrate elements of active breathwork, gentle yoga and guided meditation.
