Whole Woman Workout


This is a weekly group class that provides an opportunity to connect to your body through movement. As preparation for the workout, we align our bodies and minds through simple guided visualizations. The workout will focus on strengthening the core, opening up the hips and freeing the neck and shoulders. You'll leave feeling grounded, longer and stronger!

This class is safe for prenatal and postnatal moms!
