Meet the babies of your prenatal classmates by returning for postnatal yoga classes. This class is designed to balance and restore the physical needs of new mother and baby.
In this class, you will work on getting back to your pre-pregnancy body using yoga asanas and exploring pelvic floor work from the core. You will practice bonding with and stimulating growth and development of your baby through yoga and movement.
