Pre / Postnatal Pilates


This is a weekly group class that works to empower women to take charge of their health. The body undergoes many changes prior to and after birth. It is essential that these changes are identified and addressed in order to maintain strength, stability and balance. This course will help to realign the body while also enabling the mother to focus and re-energize.
